The Young Professionals Choice Award recognizes organizations that excel in their efforts to attract, retain and develop young professionals in the Greater Omaha community. The following areas are considered during the selection process.

Opportunities for growth
Does the organization provide various ways for young professionals to excel and develop in their careers?

Inclusiveness
Is the organization open to new ideas and diverse opinions - no matter where they come from?

Work-life balance
Do young professionals in the organization have the opportunity to juggle work and life demands in a way that is relevant to the individual?

Organizational leadership
Do young professionals in the organization value, trust and have belief in the leadership of the organization?

Work environment/culture
Do young professionals look forward to coming to work each day because the culture or environment is inviting and enjoyable?
